Start assembling it and get the parts as you go along. Make sure you check all your bearing clearances and putting in the crank main seal the correct way:)

Cam lube for tha cam, bearing lube for the bearings, and a little oil around the pistons. When I went to clean my deck surfaces and head surfaces I took some ATF on a shop towel and cleaned out my bores and decks, due to the detergents in the ATF. You keep cleaning the surfaces with a little amount of ATF until you stop getting black and grey on your shop towels. Then clean off the ATF with some alcohol or something, makes a perfect clean deck surface and bore.:D

Remember this. In fact write this on a stciky note. Use only Regular Oil for the first time. If you use Sinthetic the motor will not break in properly. After about 20 hours, you can change to sinthetic for better protection. Reason being sinthetic is to slick and the internalls won't set right upon break in. Good luck and keep us posted.
