My daughter turned 16 on Weds. and got her drivers license the same day.. and a new car...

That day doesn't seem that long ago for me, even it it really was.

Driving a 06 toyota long bed 4 door blue pickup
towing a 280 xp eliminator closed bow white w yellow and checkers down the side.

Insurance and rules in place.... WHoly crap insurance was going to be expensive for a new car... luckily my ex has USAA.. otherwise almost 3000 grand every six months... sheesh.. USAA is reasonable.
BUT she is getting good at backing the traler and pulling out the boat... gotta have our priorities...:D

congrats i got mine on my 16th bday.... which was almost a billion years ago. my oldest daughter is 17 but she is unable to get her license because of seizures. i have mixed feelings about her not being able to drive but i think i would be a worried sick about having a her on the road.

Im on the way to the MVD (thats DMV for the other 49 states) in 5 minutes to get # 2's license...hopefully

be for warned that USAA does not like to pay claims unless you are a member, if she gets in a finder bender( and odds are she will) you might find yourself in the middle to a lawsuit. I've had to sue them twice to get to pay up.
