OK Phoenix peeps. I've got a question for you. We wanted to make sure that we got our foot in the door before the market there went out of control (a little late I know). So we bought a house that we want to live in once the kids are gone, but we're not planning on moving for another couple of years. So the question of the hour is: What's a 2,100 sqf house 3 bed 2 bath 3 car garage and a huuuuge yard rent for in Peoria (Cibola Vista to be exact)? About 10 minutes from Lake Pleasant.

Its hard to say what the asking rent could/should be. There are SO MANY rental prop. on the market right now its crazy. I would hit up Outnumbered he lives out that way and could give you a good idea.
