What do you guys think?
He is a republican, although in this day and age, hardly a difference.
Where do I found out his "stance" on gun control, the immigration debate, and other issues such as getting on a damn airplane without getting naked?

No.....Doesn't have it....I truly beleive it will come down to Romney, Thompson, & Unfortunatley Mcain....IMO
I like Guliani But after watching him on the debate I wasn't left with the "warm and fuzzy" I thought he would deliver.

I'm not fond of his position on gun control in NY, however I believe him (god knows why I would believe a NY politician) when he said that he does not support nationwide gun controls.
Senator McCain and Mayor Guliani are both RINOs. However Senator McCain is a bumbling twit of a RINO and Mayor Gulianai is a smart and competent RINO, who is vastly preferable to any of the socialists, that he would run against from the Democratic side.
P.S. Senator McCain's campagin is like the body of a chicken with it's head cut off, that does not know its dead yet. His Kennedy/McCain immigration bill is the big boot that is finally going to stomp that body and stop it from running around. Just read the McCain/Fiengold "campaign finance reform" bill if you want to see what a truley big dunsel he is.

I can't see Guiliani as a viable candidate. He was a strong Mayor of NY it seemed durring the crisis, but I don't see this qualifying him for President.
I'd say at this point Thompson is the front runner until more of his actual qualifications are sorted and deemed acceptable by the voters. Romney is probably the best pick if Thompson doesn't pan out, after all he's dealt with the 2 bumbling Sens Kerry & Kennedick for a while.
McCain is far to much of a "try to please everybody guy" and smells like a Jimmy Carter type F-U. I believe his support of the current immigration fiasco will do him in.

He was more than just a strong Mayor during that crisses. What he did to clean up and turn around New York City, before 911, is one of the most amazing political feats in U.S. history. None of the other candidates in either party have any political accomplishments that even come close to that in their political CVs.
When he took over as Mayor of New York it was as fuc&ed up as a football bat. Crime was through the roof and the city was a financial mess (to say the least). He fought the status quo there, played hardball power politics, and got the city financially strong, while at the same time making it the safest big city in America. During that time Sharpton seemed to be in one big hissy fit and former mayors Kotch and Dinkins were all over him like ugly on an ape. But you know what? I was stunned when I worked there for a week a couple of months before 911 and found that all the black, mostly ultra liberal, friends I met in New York City (even in Harlem), said they would vote for him again for Mayor if they could.

But he is from that coast?? It is easy to clean up anything if you: 1) see the dirt....2) have a broom and a dust pan....3) have a place to dump the dirt.......and most importantly, 4) have the desire and the means to clean it up.......Kinda like if we all forgot about PC and just kicked some butt.....MP

If it's that easy just give our Mayor of L.A. a call and explain it to him...;) :D But make sure to give him the option of pressing 1 if he wants you do explain it in spanish. You wouldn't want to offend him by offering english only.
