I'm kind of a knuklehead when it come's to computers, when i go to add a custom avatar, it tells me this is not a valid image file????? Any help would be great... Thank you....

What type of image file is it? jpeg is best. max pixel size for avatars is 150 x 150. If yours is larger it will reject it.
