Hey,
The deal is I'm only 19 and I am in desperate need of a jet boat. I live in san diego and have been going to the river forever. I would like to find a jet boat from 17-22'. Preferably a chevy motor but a ford will do for now. Either a berkley or dominator pump. Paint is not important, as long as its not bare glass. I would like the interior to be some what done. I'm pretty good with engines, so if it needs work, I'll do it. My price range is up to about 3500 right now. It doesn't have to be the fastest boat on the planet either. 50-55-60 mph is more than enough for now. Thank you for looking and hopefully you have something.

I also live in the San Diago area and I was about your age when I got my first jet boat. Both of those boats above are way to heavy for what you want. If you want my help I will get you hooked up. By the way to make a jet boat haul a$$ a ford can not turn the RPMs to ever make that happen like a Chevy.

I've seen some fords show a roost to most the chevy's out there (I'm a chevy guy, myself). The 385's can be made to run.

RivrKid's a dumb fock if he thinks a ford can't run or turn RPMs. I prefer chevys just cause there more common but that is an ignorant ass comment. Wanna read something good? Check this out...

AND FEs can't?????? Give me a 427 Ford over a 427 Chevy anyday......Even though most of my builds are BBC, never count a 427 Ford out of the performance circle.........MP
