I am also unloading my leased spot out at Martinez... 15K OBO.. has a 1985 Terry 40 foot 5th wheel trailer a metal shed and overhead awning that covers the entire open space.. the awning needs some repair. there is enough room to fit a boat a golf cart and a tow vehicle or any combonation there of..

the trailer is in good shape for an 85' everything works and works well.. I have replaced anything that needed replaced already..

it is space number 69... and yes they are sub-dividing next year.... so it will be available to buy after the sub-division...
