good to see somebody finally getting popped for that...see it almost every weekend down there...
the weekend of the DCB regatta we saw 4 guys up at the sandbar with one Sea-Doo and an inner tube--you guess how they got there and back. Isn't that area a "no-ski" zone??

The driver of the PWC would get a cite for No Observer and No Ski Flag.
The girls would get one each for not wearing a PFD while being towed.

Whats with some people.... I went out yesterday for some mid week boating at a local lake and saw peeps on jet skis 3 different times with no life jackets on. 2 of the ski's were riding doubled up with neither having one on.... :confused: I guess some people just don't care.
