I have been there, great place, a little far down Lake of the Ozarks, if I remember it's somewhere near the 56 mile marker.

Dunno who got there first, but there is a "Skinny Dick's Halfway Inn" in Alaska. A buddy of mine had a T-shirt from there years ago.
