The chargers usually never go bad. Most of the times it is in the cables. Open up the charger and disconnect the cables and do a continuinty test on them and while doing it move them around. They short out quite often.

It went for a crash test down the street now it makes no noise and does not charge anymore :(

When you plug in the charger does it click? if so some where the circuit is broken check all battery cables make sure they are tight also make sure the pins on the male and female connectors are tight on the charger and golf cart you need to remove the housing on both connectors to check this.
or just might be your batteries are shot depending age or condition

Well sound like we only have two options I can get you a new charger or get your charger repaired and maybe call in a favor and swap it out with a used working power wise charger. Is your charger here or at the river?
