4TH on the delta

So I guess some of my buddies want to go to Lost Isle. Anyone ever been there that could tell me what to look out for and... well how to get there would be good too. I'm coming from Shingle Springs. I have no clue on where to put in the river. My wife backs me in the water so she likes to have plenty of room around her. Any ideas?

your better off staying far away from the isle on a buzy weekend,its not as crazy as it used to be.

Im gonna be at the Delta tomorrow to but not going to lost isle. I usually launch at ladds at the end of march lane.
