Thanks,Gary. The Boat is near perfect.Your right it is a great deal.Four guys have tried to buy it but can't finance. I can't substantiate owning it for maybe two trips a year.Kids are off in college,buds are out of boating ect.Price of getting old.It's my fifth boat,third Howard,so I shouldnt complain.In the future I will have something at Powell.Powell is a place I have to go to for therapy.My Grandfather put the first sixty foot houseboat on the lake in 1967.I personnally like the lake low.Back to the boat,like you have said in other threads,I have driven many boats over the years and none have come close to the Bullet.I was gonna build a 28 but Gene sold me on the 25,which ended up being the right choice for me.You continue to push these hulls to amazing speed which speaks to the design and construction of the boat.At 70mph these things are almost boring,which is what I love about them. When I get to retire at Powell maybe I can get Mike to make me one out of ALLUMINUM, A REAL POWELL BEACH THRASHER.

That is a beautiful boat.... I'm curious about that 468 Blower motor in it. Did Gene and Mike put that in or did you have someone else set that up?? They seem to be in tight with Mercury on most of their boats. :) :)

TEAGUE built the motor Howard installed it.When the boat was built Gene,Mike , Bob Teague and myself all sat down together.Yes Gene likes to install Merc.stuff.

Someone is gonna steal this boat. I gotta pay for two college tuitions and books real soon,I don't wanna sell stocks.Ya got me where ya need me.You will not buy a Bullet that will do what this Bullet does for anything close.Make me an offer this boat is very,very clean.Has lived in temp.controlled garage its brief life.Its got all the right stuff,hell the spare tire is on a centerline. There is a reason these Bullets get so much press.Believe me the pictures do no justice,this boat is beautiful.At gas stations people gather around it.COME SEE YOU WILL BE IMPRESSED,I PROMISE.

What kind of speeds are you seeing with this motor???

83-84 gps. 28p Lab 5200rpm 90deg. 1100 ft. elev. 6lbs boost 91 octane.To be honest it hits 80 on the 80mph. gps speedo at 5000 rpm. The motor runs 5200 I am guessing 83-84.
