-Boat capped with polished stainless bump rails.
-Rear cargo area epoxy coated and polished white to match outside of boat.
-Billet motor plates
-Sound system with two 10inch subwoofers.
-Runs 118 mph on av gas.

I think they were rebuilt after the incident...so most likely low hours. I think I should buy it and swap the motors out!

motors were off a 98 mach 22 that was wrecked. had new boat built and had motors completely rebuilt at same time. motors have 20 hours on them since rebuild. boat runs flawless and in excellent condition.

Engines have new ECU's, rods, pistons, crankshafts. all the work was done by Joe that used to work at DCB.

How badass would this boat look with a fiberglass hatch similar to the new 32 with out the scoops just some nice astetic lines?

The daytona is a 19ft jet. Its not for sale yet. As for now there is no plan for replacing the boat.

I think the previous incident/crash/whatever has VERY LITTLE to do with this boat now. Its NOT like they patched and rebuilt that old hull. They built a brandnew boat, and used some of the old bits and pieces. IF I was in the market for one of these, this would be #1 on my list. This is like a new boat for half the money.

You are correct. The only parts re-used on the new boat were parts of the engines. Everything else is brand new.
