ok i came up with this lemon glazed chicken breast
take 4 boneless chicken breast and a sheet of wax paper and beat the breast until they are about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.... take 2 eggs and mix them with 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice pour this mixture over the chicken...mix 1/4 cup of chicken stock and mix 3 table spoon of lemon juice and set aside... in another bowl mix 1 cup of flour, 1 table spoon of garlic powder, 1/2 table spoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.... heat a heavy skillet with some olive oil (do not burn oil). dredge chicken with flour mixture and pan fry in skillet. when both side of chicken or browned pour stock over cicke and reduce heat cover and simmer for 15 minutes at last minute shredd some fresh lemon on top of the chicken..serve chicken on plates and top with a little of the sauce from the pan. top chicken with a lemon wheel and a little diced parsley....i will be over at about 6 to eat enjoy cutie
