need some rental home help in scv

moving back from ks after 18 long months. drivin from OP, KS on 7/27 and would like to find a rental home in valencia, saugus, stevenson ranch or nicer part of newhall. just me, the warden, and the dog. trying to avoid an apt or condo due to muttley needing a yard.
i know there's some scv folks on the board so i'm reachin out and around to ya'll. but seriously, no reacharounds. Dave.
