Hi Jesse,
The house is available for those dates. The deposit is $250 (which is refundable) + a $75 cleaning fee. So your total for the 2 nights would be $515. For payment...if you bank with a local bank (Wells Fargo, B of A, Washington Mutual, ect.) you can send a personal check. Or we can do it through paypal.....but there is an additional charge for this. 3.2% of the total which is $16.50 so your total for that is $531.50. The keys are located in a lock box and when you pay I give you the code. Let me know if you are interested in the house.
