I have two spec homes that I would sell to a hb member for cost (now less then cost) just so I don't have to keep making the payments.
If anyone is looking for a home here in Havasu please give me a call, if not mine, I'd love to help you find a great deal on something else.

We are adding window coverings to both of these this weekend.
At this point just let me know what you need to make the deal. I'm willing to pay your closing costs,or add a matching refridgerator, water softner and RO, Washer and dryer. I really need to sell these two homes take the loss and move on. These are beautifull homes with all the upgrades.
I also have a few other homes listed
see my website:

Give me a call if you would like more info on any of these.

Buy either one of these two homes and I will lease it back from you for 1 year at 1,000 a month and you can have occupancy. Use it or rent it out to someone else either way you will save 1,000 a month on your payments for the first year.

For Rent;
Either home, Looking to rent either home on a 1 or 2 year lease. Please call if you are looking to buy or rent either of these homes.
If I rent it out, I will take it off the market so you don't have to worry about anyone showing it while you are there.
Will also consider a lease with option to buy.

We agree on a sales price, you put up a small deposit to hold price, we open escrow, and then you rent it until we complete the sale in a year or two. It locks in todays price, and you can have a portion of the rent applied towards down payment.
If you fail to complete the sale in the specified amount of time the deposit is forfeited.
That's the cliff notes, it can be structured many different ways.

I just contacted a rental agency on both of these. Still time to buy before they find us renters. We will be taking them off the market once they are rented.
I now can truly say...
Hurry, won't last long!
