Went for a demo ride in a Stoker 224. It was like being in My S, except on the water!! Acceleration,Handling and running 105MPH with the Biminin top up!!.And in 117+ weather.
Amazing is the fact that it had a full engine cover, was naturally aspirated, and runs on pump gas!! I have been searching for my ultimate water ride, and thought it was a DCB, until the ride in the 224. There is no comparison. The Stoker will be a great addition to my "speed stable"

Those Stokers seem to be a very good and capable all-around boat. Don't think I'd make it a habit of running that fast with the bimini up though.

The boat is Johns custom marines shop boat. Alan Stoker was driving. the motor is a 650 HP Paul Pfaff motor. Man i tell you this engine was not even working hard. I can only imagine what this boat can do when the air temp is a bit lower.

I have been very happy with both stokers we have owned... Im thinking a 224 with one of Badblown's 750 motors would be a fun ride
