Motorized Dollies

Does anyone have a motorized dollie or know where I can look at others? I store my boat in a warehouse and need to move it around easily. The previous owner used one from powermoverinc.net and I'm wondering if there is one better out there or if I should pull the trigger and buy one.

Wow. I think you can buy a small riding lawn mower from lowes or the depot for that kind of money. They do look nice, if there is a power supply close by.
