1. It was a re-install with some significant upgrades. The machine was moved 9' so the facilities had to be moved. Nothing changed on the machine end. They had the wrong plans for the facilities hook-up. They did the testing.
2. I re-checked the machine end in case somebody messed with it.
3. The super told the engineer who relayed 208V A/C to me. I always have the customer turn on power which keeps my hands clean. They forgot the neutral :220v: :skull: :220v:
Should have been L1, L2, N, PE
4. Nobody got hurt, the enclosure is always closed on power up.
5. A big player....... I plead the 5TH :p

I would guess AMAT for the tool.
Had a similar problem with facilities - They hooked up wire for the VMB and it came out (sping loaded connection like a speaker). Shut down the fab for about 15 hours.
