Does anybody run these on their chevy/gmc trucks? Do they alter ride quality? Can you still turn up the torsion bars for even more lift?

I assume your asking about keys for a 4x4. In which case you already have stock keys that will be good for 1-2" over stock. After that you have to swap to ford keys for more lift.
Turning up the torsion keys does not alter the ride There is no more preload on the bars stock then there is turned up. what makes the ride bad is when you run out of down travel and the arm bottoms out on the down travel stop causing a harsh ride.
so basicly to answer your question yes you can turn them up. Ride quality will not be altered to a point but as you get closer to that stop you wont have enough down travel to keep a good ride.
If you need the ford keys or the part number let me know. Differen't models take differen't keys.

It's a four wheel drive, and I've turned up the bars some to clear 305/70/16s. With the keys for a ford would I be able to run 315/75/16?
Thanks

Ford keys? That might be one way to do it, however, GM has half a dozen different color coded keys with different degrees of index on them. Do a search on a forum like pickuptruck.com and you should come up with lots of info that doesn't invovle Ford keys. I got mine at the GM dealer for about $50 as I recall. ;)
Found this for you:
GM Part # Angle Color Code
15045171 4 DEGREES PURPLE
15657374 9 DEGREES BLUE
15603963 12 DEGREES ORANGE
15592573 14 DEGREES GREEN
15592574 18 DEGREES WHITE
I believe that the green keys are what people are running to clear the bigger tires.

Green will work. Most people are using ford keys though as you don't end up maxed out on your adjuster screws so you can still level the truck side to side when cranked up really hard..
