Who knows. If it was on Al`s boat you can bet that its well used. Been in salt too! Older electronics weren`t built all that great for moisture and vibration. That stuff may have been on one of the hulls that burnt.
Moreover, I don`t remember that ever being on one of his boats in the 90`s. He has run only 1 piston boat since late 80`s.
