At the rear wheels? I am using non ported heads, single four blow thru, so 600 at the crank, but I want it streetable. My buddy has a 600 hp small block, alum heads, 12 to 1 yada yada yada not very streetable.

I wouldn't use anything smaller than a t-4 inlet flange.
Here is some good reading, you'll get in the ballpark.
If your gonna spend the money on a turbo set up i'd
set my sights higher as far as horsepower goes.
Bigger is better,right?:D

True, but once you get above 650 on these mopars you have to go to alum main caps, different rods all that jazz, just want this as a street car with some grunt.

A pair of T-4 with H compressors would work fine for that hp and engine size. Step up to some new ball bearing Big Kahunas (T-4 turbine with 68mm compressor wheel) and you'd have plent to spare if you decided to turn it up some. Just made 1120hp at the rear wheels with a 362 SBC at 16.6 lbs of boost. Call Scott www.turbosdirect.com.
