If you gonna rent out the house then where you gonna live? In the shop?
Rio
Maybe at your house.
The plan is to move into another house sitting on a bigger peice of dirt.

Both spoke good english actually. The owner is Mexican too. Professional guys. I really liked the work they did.
It was nerve wracking seeing my livelyhood 6 feet in the air.

I only ask because now that I'm out of state, I'm seeing tons of Americans doing things that I was told they weren't willing to do. You know, labor, yard work, cleaning, etc. Heck, I've even seen teenagers working fast food jobs. Different world than Mexifornia. Glad to see you expanding your horizons, I hope all works out for you.

I agree, I have long stated that my friends and I did these jobs during and right out of high school.
So I think it is laughable when an adult comes on the screen and acts like NOONE will do these jobs.
Seems like we are fast becoming a lazy-fat-ass country. Noone wants to work.

well Put brian.... any offers on the house?
Unfortunately, little to no action.
Our "first time buyer" homes are suffering with the sub-prime fallout for sure.
I am thinking it will end up being rented for a few years, my plans were always to parlay the money into buying a river house.
