Pistons are cast aluminum flat tops, 2 half moon valve reliefs with the casting #353068 on the inside of the skirt.
Cam is stamped on the rear 900726 4359.
Im not having much luck finding the numbers, thanks for anything you might be able to find.

Havent done anything with the cam other then pull it and look at the stamps so I know nothing about it. The heads are plain old peanuts, 14092360.
I want to rebuild this motor back to basically stock specs to keep it reliable. It ran 66 MPH@4600 RPM which is the best ive got out of it and that was a mere hours before it started letting me know it was going to go boom. Beginning of the season it stayed consistant with last year right at 59 MPH@ 4200RPM. I figure thats good enough if it stays reliable. The boat was for sale but it developed a little knock and i wont sell it unreliable.

GM#3904359 (maybe same one ?) is what comes in the Mark IV and GEN V Merc oval port 330hp motors from GM. This is a flat tappet cam.

Anyway - the 4359 part matches. All I could find that had same sort of #'s.
Did you check with Hardin ?

Same specs as my stock 330HP cam, but different LSA (115.5) and different part number. (GM 3883986)
330 HP was a very "generous" figure in my 454, and that was with large oval port heads (353049). 280 was more in reality.
Put a caliper on a couple of the lobes and give us the max lobe height if at all possible.
There was a "high-perf street & marine hydraulic" also that lifted .500" at the valve. I just didn't have it.
