Havasu block wall and pool remmodel help

I have to start my pool remodel and block walls at my house.
Please help with decent contractors #'s please. Everyone I call flakes.
My pool deck is cracked and plaster is falling off. May add a spa and heater.
Block wall is about 62feet long 5 feet high. 91 feet long retainer with a five foot high wall on top.
Stucco guy too please.

A buddy of mine builds block walls out there...great guy and will show up when he says he will, not to mention probably builds the best quality block walls in Havasu!!!

The guy that built my wall put it in the wrong place! 15k down the drain! Actually sticking out of my lot! :argue: CK themout through city first!! ALLOT of real scammers out ther.
