Security guard's condition improves

A security guard injured this past weekend in a brawl outside a Queens Bay nightclub has been upgraded to serious but stable condition.
Andrew Dunham, 30, of Lake Havasu City, suffered a severe head injury after trying to break up a fight involving at least seven people.
He and Viktor Meum, 27, of Oceanside, Calif., fell off a 10-foot retaining wall outside Kokomo's nightclub. Meum still is listed in critical condition, police Lt. Rich Sloma said.
Both men are being treated at Sunrise Medical Center in Las Vegas.
Jonathan Sierra, 21, was charged with aggravated assault after allegedly punching or kicking at the men, causing them to fall off the wall.
Sierra also was charged with disorderly conduct, along with Tomas Acosta, 20, Brayden Stubblefield, 24, and Christopher Clark, 27, all of California, and Shaylynn Frazier, 26, and Kyle Stollmeyer, 26, both of Lake Havasu City, for participating in the melee.
