This sounds like something you see on television......
I have a great friend who I have known for years. He has been married for almost 20 years and has a great 13 year old daughter. Last year the daughter started to date a boy at her school. He came over from time to time and hung out at the house. Her dad (my buddy) thought he was an ok kid. Well, a month or two later the two broke it off, the daughters decision.
Fast forward 6 months.......
The mother (my friends wife) has kept in contact with this 14 year old. Over the last few months she has talked to him daily. My friend got wind of this thru his daughter and asked his wife about it. She told him he was going thru some tough times and was helping him out. He then found out when he would leave on some weekends she would go pick the kid up (he moved an hour away) and have him back at the house, she says so he can see his friends back here. She does not work and stays home all day. She text messages all day long and when he asked her about it she says it is just her friends. Well, a few days ago he checked his phone bill and there are over 12 thousand text messages from his wife and this kid in three months time!!!!!WTF!!!!!!
He has tried talking to her about it but she just turns it around and says he is sick for even thinking that way. I mean, what the hell are you supposed to think!!!!!! She claims he is trying to be controlling of her life because he doesnt want her talking to certain people, a f##king 14 year old!!
The thought of divorce kills him for the fact that he has a daughter but he feels he has no other choice.
I know what I think, what do you guys think is the best course of action?

you can't get the info from the texts, I tried when my 14 year old had 4,000 texts last month, I was curious to see what she had to say that was so important while she was supposed to be in class, Verizon said so sorry, we can't help you...

I'd say there's more than she is willing to fess up to.
Advise your buddy to get in contact with the ex-b/f's parents and let them know what's going. If they don't come unglued at the whole situation they could be an allie to your friend in this whole mess.
And yes, spend some time and effort into finding out WTF is going between them. If she's willing to bang a 14 year old....you guys get the picture.

Im with Kil on this one, clear as day. Your friend is in complete denial. There is NO eff'ing reason for a woman in her late 30s or 40's to have a "friendship" with a teenage boy. NONE!
If she's got something in common with a high school freshman, then your friend needs to bail ASAP.
I have a teenage daughter. I know her male friends and in my WILDEST, most demented dreams I wouldnt text any of them, let alone send NUMEROUS texts.
She's a sick bitch who needs to be taken out via firing squad.

She is obviously doing this kid (lucky kid). "Nanny cams" are cheap, and when your friend's divorce lawyer shows the footage to the wife's lawyer, your friend can write his own ticket. I bet he will get custody of the daughter and not have to pay alimony, since the video will be evidence of a crime and all he will have to do is threaten to release it to the police/district attorney/youtube.
Dunno about the sim card reader since I am not high-tech, but corraborating evidence makes this a slam-dunk so I would invest in that as well as a private investigator to get a third source of evidence. All told I bet the outlay would be less than $1000, and result in the world's smoothest, quietest divorce settlement.

She is definitely hiding something. She would be gone within a heartbeat. That is enough for me to walk away. No other way than divorce. If he wants to really know what is going on, then a hidden camera. If not, kick her a$$ to curb. She is definitely focking him or is just sick in the head. Has he confronted the daughter for information about the boy coming over when he is not there? Just a thought.

If the phone is in the guys name tell him to turn off the texting feature. If she gets another phone...there is your answer.
If its her phone...opps it fell in the river. Give her a new phone as a replacement on the Husbands account. This will give him control of the features.
This will just show how she reacts.
They are having an emotional affair at the very least. BAD DEAL.

Sometimes you guys amaze me at how quickly you jump to the worst possible conclusion in any situation.
Is it possible that the mom is having a sexual relationip with this 14 year old? Yes it is. But is it also possible that the two have formed a genuine friendship and nothing sexual is taking place? Yes it is.
First and foremost your friend needs to look in the mirror and ask himself what he is doing that is causing his wife to confide in a 14 year old and not himself. Odds are that the marriage isn't exactly paradise. This 14 year old child probably went to the wife for support and in doing so they have found support in each other.
Before making accussations the parties involved need to have a real sit down and figure out what lead up to this.
My guess is that your friend is a self absorbed workaholic who thinks putting bread on the table is enough to make him a good husband and father, when in reality he is leaving his wife feeling completely alone because he never makes time for her and now she has found some attention in the relationship she developed with this 14 year old. If he wasn't self absorbed and wrapped up in a bunch of bs and paying attention to what was going on he would have seen what was going on a long time ago, he didn't notice that she was bringing this boy down to the home and question it from the GET GO???
There's a lot of red flags on BOTH SIDES.

There's a lot of red flags on BOTH SIDES.

Armenian huh? I know my way around Glendale, I can find ya! I'll just look for the teen in the brand new, pimped out black BMW pulling into the apartment complex where he lives with 7 other family members in the 1 bdrm apt.

Am I the only one that thinks 12,000 texts in 90 days is ABSOLUTELY insane??? Thats over 130 texts a day for 90 days straight.
I would guarantee something screwy is going on there. Either way a grown woman texting a 14 year old boy that much is wrong.

If its one thing this thread proves is that every male here automatically assumes they are doing the horizontal mambo. Not because we are sick fawks (even though we are) but because that is exactly how all men think.(even some women think that way) :)
So once Jr's nuts have dropped, he is thinking of tapping the MILF.
Something is a bit strange about a grown:rolleyes: , mature  women seeking companionship with such a young "man" What interests do they share? A love for video games perhaps?
this is a tad bit strange.

Boozer, the glass isnt half full in this situation, no matter how you slice it. A grown woman should have NOTHING IN COMMON with a 14 yr old boy. If she's looking to confide, she's a dumbass for picking A CHILD to tell her whoas to.
If you're male Boozer, think back to your 8th grade or freshman year. What could you POSSIBLY offer to a middle aged woman?
This chick is no different than Mary Kay Letourneau. In their twisted she-brain they can justify "a misunderstood" love or connection with a young boy.

If it is Verizon, he can send text messages from a spoofed phone number very easily online. You go to the "Send Text Message" button on www.verizonwireless.com and you can make it look like it is from the other number.
I would start playing some serious counter-intel games with her. Just enough so she is trying to figure out who is who on the text's... That will truly make her suspicious also. Send some to him as well from her number, and they will start to get the hint quickly.
All will be denied of course. Should quickly resolve the situation though... "Is he around?" for example... That should elicit a response by her that will be clearly outlined when you forcibly take the phone from her after she replies. Next time he is leaving for the weekend, text something about getting together and do the same thing to check her response.
This could get fun!

12,000 text in 3 months.. no problem...
I text between 4000-4500 a month like nothing, to a whole bunch of people.
And the texting from her phone to the kid might not work out if they are smart like me when I was younger, when I talked to my secret "Gal" we had a password only we knew to make sure it was each other. So if you try and text and dont know the rules it could blow up.
And aside from this maybe the older gal just really wanted a boy instead of a girl??? To assume they're PORKIN isn't 100%. And it's either one of two things....

You should have mentioned that earlier. That definitely changes things. Sounds like your buddy is going to go through a pretty nasty divorce.
Not going to be a nasty divorce. It's really easy to serve her divorce papers when she is behind bars. I am pretty sure she would lose the assets as well when a judge finalizes the divorce for the crime she has commited.

OK. I just read this, and haven't gone through the 10 pages, but the very first thing he has to do make sure he spent the extra $5 on unlimited text messaging. If those were a nickel each that would be $600. :jawdrop: :)

time to play PI
if i was playing private eye
download all wifeys numbers to phone and then to sim
swap sim cards
her phone will look like normal
then on his phone, with her sim card, text a message...JUST a few things to see what the reply is
quickest way to see whats up:D
the 14year old, on the other end, wouldnt know what was up:(
its obvious the friend, must not trust the wifey, to be checking the phone
in the first place:(
i think women get away with more "sneaky shait "
cus most hubbys, are to busy to play check up
i think if you're to busy to check up on the kids, wife, or girlfriend
then when shait hits the fan ...WELL...
:)
Good idea:idea: I would play along with it! Take a few vacation days off and grab the phone! Then start texting the boy. See what he says and it will be a dead givaway!!!! Then foward all the text messages to your own phone.Find out the wireless carrier and I can find out if you can get a detailed text bill;)
This not good by any means. I seriously feel for the man. WHat is up with all these women screwing with little boys these days??? The world is getting sick! :yuk:

(20 Years Ago) At 16, my girlfriend (15) and I "went together" for 3 years. Over 3 years, you tend to be close to your girlfriends parents. I didn't spend a lot of time with the dad, he worked and traveled alot. Mom was a stay at home mom and was always good to my gf and I, helped me through some hard times and was always available. The girlfriend went to college out of town and I stayed in town to go to college and work. The long distance relationship didn't pan out and we broke up. We lived very close to one another, as a matter of fact, you couldn't get to my house without driving by theirs. The mom and I continued to talk as I would always ask about the old gf. One night while sitting around with her, the whole attitude morphed into something else. Next thing you know, I find myself getting up first thing in the morning to unlock the door and go back to bed. That made it much easier for her to come in right after yoga class and wake me up. She looked really good in those tight thingys. Then there were dinner dates, yard work, handy man things, "sleep overs" (when the hubby was away on trips) all that good stuff. It was a full blown affair on her part, and all I can get on mine. It got uncomfortable, and I actually put the stop to it before it got beyond repair. The dad had money, mom had all of that money, he never raised his voice, was very successful, nice guy, etc. Maybe she wasn't getting "it" from him, maybe lack of attention? I don't know. Nobody except for my father and my best friend knew about this, AFTER the fact of course. The girlfriend never knew, probably still doesn't. She was such a spoiled little bitch, moved down to SoCal and married a SB Sheriff. He's got to be in misery. Did you know that mom and daughter have the same taste and smell? :D
I'm amazed at how many naieve people are in here. You can't fault the boy, he's wired for any female he can get. 14 isn't as young and innocent as people think, not like when we were kids. The mom...she's not the first woman to hit on boys. How many teacher stories do we hear about? Most of the guys sit around saying "Where were those teachers when I was a kid?" It happens, and I believe she's getting it.

Believe me, this thread is true. Sad, but true.
I have saved the best part for last........
Apparently this young chap is quite an artist. His mom recently took him to some kind of tattoo school, or something of that nature. The kid gets back with tattoo gun and all, and the daughter hears about it. My buddy hears this and gives the wife a heads up, because he knew what was coming. He told her if that kid gives her a tattoo, he will NEVER touch her again......
You guessed it................
A new tattoo for mom........
I can't even f#cking believe it.
Tell your friend he has my condolensces.. :( 20 years of marriage down the drain. I was thinking after 20 years he should try to work it out, but after reading this.... He oughta really go the other direction with it.
Let her keep on keeping on, get a PI to get the appropriate evidence for the upcoming divorce. :( Even though it sounds ruthless he probably oughta consider contacting the DA for charges to be brought up. I garauntee the alimony & custody talks are going to be in a whole different light when one party is a convicted sex offender.
That sucks.. :(

Geez, I just read through this thread..
IMO Why has he not call authorities yet.. Texting mess's like the I love you.. is also a crime. wether they have had sex or not.. He is 14. If that was my son with his wife I would kick her ass first because I can always get ahold of my son.. I wouldn't put up with that one second., She needs to be put away if she is messin with a 14 year old.
if the authorities know about this they have ways to find out what is going on in a few days.. It has already went on too too long. IMO

Shiat like this really makes my hair stand up.. Put her a$$ in Jail.. he better do something quick before it is too late.. she could get pregnant then what will his daughter think. shouldn't have let it go this far.

He is not blind to it, it's just a tough thing to soak up. He has begged her to say something, anything, to make him understand, and he gets nothing.

I agree the chick is twisted...but its difficult to think of the kid as a "victim". This little adventure will bring a smile to his face for the rest of his life. I had my own Mrs. Robinson and it was the best thing EVER.:D
I agree, the kid is not a victim at all... but the husband needs to nut up and get out of the marriage. I'd bet in at least 75% of marriages, at least, someone has cheated one or more times... and I KNOW plenty that have a "full time" cheater on their hands... I've had a fun wild ass ride over the years, but I'll be damned if I get married again because of what I know... and also what I see personally and first hand.;)

He knows what he has to do, as a husband and a father. He is going to talk to his daughter this weekend and next week is D-day. I will keep you guys posted.
This is a good thread, thanks for all of the input. I might have him read it.

I don't really think the kid is being "molested", I bet anything he is wanting to do anything he can to that Wife. Hell I remember when I was 14 that's all I could think about, damn I still do:D .
He'll have that story forever, and a boost of confidence;) .
At least it's not against his will. Now a Husband forcing himself on a 14year old girl is just "To Catch A Predator", and shit. Now that I think about it I lost my virginity when I was 15, and my gf 14.
I dunno, I just don't think the police should be called that bad, maybe a confrontation would be better with everyone and their parents

Normally I wouldn't say to turn her in, but in a situation when men stand to lose so much in a divorce, I say yes, kick her fukkin' POS ass out!http://www.***boat.com/ubb/graemlins/yuk.gif

Good deal, thanks.
Watch out for floating debris if you go this weekend, still lots of it I hear.
Oh, as for the subject at hand, 14 year olds don't use love for slang or for their loved ones. They will use it if they are infatuated with another.
I feel for the guy, that a really tough way to loose a marriage.

The husband has two realistic options. She isn't going to fess up or correct the situation, so he can take it to the law enforcement level, which from the sounds of it has no real circumstancial evidence and hopefully they'll watch her or might just let it go. The other is to file for divorce and remove her from the home. She's being blinded by something and is not going to change things, possible ending up in a far worse situation. The kid is eventually going to tell his friends, then they either want some of "that" or they tell enough people to bring her into investigation. Then of course it could lead to the husbands position to protect her and supply the lawyer.

14 years old having sex willingly with an adult is still molestation. :)

Dang... I'll call my guy at Lago and ask for sure about this weekend. Don't want to hit anything or ruin a prop...
You are right too... tough way to lose a marriage, but at least he knows "what" he is married to... so bottom line is he has a decision to make. Life is too short to waste on a worthless kunt like that.

Yes, I do think there is a huge difference... Guys and girls are wired different, even at that age. I was 13, and a thread here a long time ago had a lot of people that were 13 when they "lost it". With girls it's emotional and with guys its more physical... Guys can beat it up and walk away without a second thought about it... Chicks generally cannot do that, although I know of a few exceptions. Most chicks I know that lost theirs at that age or earlier are screwed up to an extent... but then most chicks I know are screwed up anyway...:jawdrop: lmao:D :D
