as far as ice road truckers, when i was driving i hated driving on the ice, i couldn't imagine driving on an ice road that moves, cracks and the bottom could fall out. i can't stand the cold and -40 and dropping isn't my idea of a place i want to me and i don't think i would ever be that desperate to make a buck.

Ice Road Truckers is pretty wild. Like said, not as good as Deadliest Catch but is fun to watch. Some crazy suckers for driving on the ice.

Its a great show to TIVO, not enough program for an hour show, way too many commercials, then they repeat what you saw before the commercials, the meat and potatoes of the show are fricken great...

Yes, it is ice but when it's that cold the top layer is as sticky as pavement. Drove on sum shyt like that in Nebraska when it was zero degrees and a nice 40mph crosswind. The whole road looked like a hockey rink but we were doing 45-50mph. You could hear the tires sticking and unsticking, sounded like plastic wrap.
Yeah, you make 80 grand in three months but you basically are going 20 hours a day on average. If there's a load you go no matter what. Imagine being dead ass tired and having to face a 250 mile trip at 15-20mph. Just like Deadliest Catch, there's definitely some "high speed chicken feed" goin' up those boys' noses!
