A man goes to the doctor due to a persistant ringing in his ear. After a few exams the doc leans towards the patient and softly tells him "I'm sorry to tell you, you have less than 6 months to live".
After a few days of shock and depression the man decides to burn his life's savings on everything he's always wanted, lambo, MTI, Freightliner, penis enlargement....
While vacationing on the Isle of Capri he went to seek out a nice dress shirt for dinner. He found a local Italian tailor to take his measurements. The tailor said "ok, you have a 18 1/2 neck". The man replied "No it's always been 18 1/4". The tailor replied "sir I just measured it and I assure you it's 18 1/2, but I can measure it again". The man request the re-measure.
The Tailor "Once again sir, it is 18 1/2"
The man says "It's always been 18 1/4 so please give me the shirt that is 18 1/4"
The tailor replies "I'll give you the 18 1/4 but if you wear it, you're going to get a terrible ringing in your ear".
