Cam choice

What is a good cam to put in a stock 454 mag....B&M 250sc...6-7 lbs....please provide brand and part # if possible

Try talking to Ed Curtis a valve train guy,custom grinds but a few $$ more.

Depending on where you want to run the engine rpm wise will dictate the profile, are you after max speed or just good mid range with some punch. With the OEM heads and a blower you are going to be looking at around a 10 to 14 degree split

Am looking for max top speed...wanna spin the motor at 5100 revs....heads are not mag heads...They are gm 781 that havebeen clean up decently...big valves
