Ok I have to ask. What is the deal with the turbine boats and the noise laws? Are they exempt, Or is there actually a way to quiet them down some?

I think I remember reading that DB meters cant pick up the noise.

To answer the question - as long as the pipe is facing up the noise level is very low to a sound meter at water level, at least mine was.
