ok so who knows whats gunna happen. i got a california stop ticket and my buddy had an open container so both on my ticket said failure to complete a stop and alloying an open container. so whats gunna happen. is the open container deal going on my record i dont mind the california stop because i know i can do the traffic school thing but was just wondering about the open container deal. any help would be appreciated.

Check the DMV website, they should have a chart that lists all of the point violations.
