Site Six July 21.....

Wow.......had my first Site Six experience on Sat night.......Sat in line for 2 hours to pull the boat out.
1) If you can afford a 35'+ Fountain..........go ahead and spring for the 4X4 truck........dont save money on the 2 wheel drive.
2) Dont use the boat to push the truck up the launch ramp.........its just a bad idea.
3) Putting the truck in 1st gear and standing on the throttle is not going to do it. Just put it in 2nd and ease into the throttle.....
What entertainment, though..........I love all the crowd there watching......that would be good fun to sit and watch on a Sat night!

that's what great about having a crib at parker and on the river.... you have a "dock" in front of your house, :idea: you park your boat when you're done for the day and don't have to pull it out every night .... Tell me about it.........We spend 99% of our time in Parker........we love the Keys.........just cant afford a house there at this time......its on the schedule, though......
We usually rent in the Keys, and that is the only way to fly.........we are spoiled.........

Site 6 was classic, the best I have ever seen, especially the Bass boat on the rpm limiter for nearly 20 secs trying to push the truck out. Whoever told him to do that is cruel !

I saw a pontoon with a OB doing that, and the Fountain guy was doing that also..........unbelieveable.......
I got applause from the crowd when I pulled out the 28' Conguest Deck with 6 people on it with an H2 on the first try...........

If you saw the guy with the Fountain, then I am sure the other comments are referring to the cluster f**k we had trying to get out...... It took us about 8 guys in the back of the truck, airing down the tires, help from the boat, and still a bunch of tire smoke....
