Darrin and I heard of this tragic accident while at the NJBA races in Bakersfield. With every accident, every bruise and bump, or sadly the loss of a fellow racer..we need to stop and make sure we have double checked everything, say a prayer as we send them out on the track and recheck..everything when the come back in. Greg we are praying for you buddy!! If we could be help for anything please let us know! We are there in seconds notice!! Please keep us updated.

HOLY CRAP!!! what hapened to his capsule lid?? that is pretty nasty looking, I hope he comes out of this ok, although by the looks of that picture he's lucky to be in the shape he's in. Our families prayers will be with him for a full recovery.

This really sucks. I was pitted across from Greg Gilday. I had just gone over to him and gave him $20 for a injector relief valve. We wished each other good luck. I saw the crash from behind and still cant make out what exactly happened, other than it sponson walked and blew over backwards(from my angle). When they brought the pieces back to the pits I noticed the capsule lid missing. I see it came off during the accident from the pictures. I hope his injuries are recoverable. I'll keep him in our prayers.
