Did they ever top this thing out? I never heard of a mph number on it. One of the best looking boats ever in my opinion.

WORDS FROM THE COCKPIT :
Dude we jammed yesterday. 1st place in our division and 3rd place
overall (3rd fastest time). We were only 1:30 seconds behind team CRC
who took first place over the 82 mile race. Our time was 46 minutes.

Mike Bobbit is the coolist Baller you'll ever meet, his Skater is one of the best looking if not the best, and next time you see it either in the water or on the trailer take a close look at it. I think that boat is 2 years old and looks brand new. Fricken clean Freak.:D

Don't hold me to this but CRC I heard had his motor hatches up at Avalon and still came in second over all, Teague third, and Mike fourth.
You know the deal, the only way a so called Cat Killer can take first over all is leaving 2 minutes ahead at the start and a Cat with his hatches up .:D

Mike Bobbit is the coolist Baller you'll ever meet, his Skater is one of the best looking if not the best, and next time you see it either in the water or on the trailer take a close look at it. I think that boat is 2 years old and looks brand new. Fricken clean Freak.:D
I agree. Mike is full baller and cool as sh*t. His 40 is the reason I started looking for a Skater. I still don't think Skater has done another boat like his with the sloped sides. Clean is not the word.:D I have heard upper 170's.:eek: His pontoon is not so bad either.;)

It's nice to see Mike airing that beast out.
BTW, rumor has it that the new motors require the good gas....to the tune of $10.25/gallon.
