Are they actualy touching?
From the pics they look like they are very close to toucing the hull.

They look awfully close to the glass back there. I'd look for some different headers myself.

If you love the smell of burnt gell coat, run them, but they appear way too close to the fiberglass.

What kind of shape are those headers in?

What kind of engine mounts do you have? Looks like 3 point. You could go with 4 point rail system and raise the rear of the engine up some for more clearance (maybe) and move it forward a bit.

since the motor is indexed off the pump. The motor could be moved forward, but it definitely cannot be moved up.

i found the right pipes. yesterday i put them on (craigslist.com) next day traded a guy for the right pipes they are nice. that was fast real fast
