Had a good time. It was a little chilly. Met quite a few new people and finally put some faces with names. Thought it was pretty cool for sangerboy to drive all the way from Ventura. There were a few breakdowns and some good runs. I think mainly it was just a good time to crash everyones camp party. I posted some pictures at the website.

So far thats all we know till we pull it out & drop the pan..That piece of the rod is what it spit out the side of the pan....Sure makes a nice beer holder...BTW.. BBT, well it went like this. Friday we got there about 4 or 4:30 pm. Set up camp & had a Jack & coke for my birthday. The wind was up so I had another just like the other! Well then the water went flat and it was on. The first pass felt good, so I went for another. On the 2nd pass the 2 front bolts came out of the motor blocks and the motor moved around a little and broke 1 of the rear mounts off, at about 90 mph. The drive line came out off the coupler and it was over for the weekend. Put the thing on the trailer and went back to the Jack & Coke. We had a good time. Lol's.

Damn! You guys sound like you had a nice weekend (Jack and Coke :D ) but a costly one. I spent the weekend sanding down the hydro. Maybe painting next weekend. Trying to get the hydro ready for Fathers Day since I can't seem to find the right boat yet to replace the CP.

Way cool weekend guys :D . Got home about 7 this evening, pretty easy trip. It was great to meet some more members and put faces to them. Sangster, thanks for letting us hang out at your campsite, great spot to watch all the action. :cool: After being at Needles and PCR all I can say is bring on father's day. It's going to be some kick ass fun at CFW. Marty I'll have a little more for you at CFW and give you a better race :cool:

Say it ain't so Sangster. I saw a hole like that in Needles. I felt a little responsible until I heard you weren't running her on oxide. Did you get it installed at least?
How much time did you have on the rods?

Brian Brian, We ran out of time , Now we'll set it up in Jeff's boat..The rods..They jest had one pass to many....I'm concidering selling my boat less motor soon..We'll see.... wink

Great weekend everybody, John & Pam thanks for getting it all together it was great to see ya. Sangster..... cry ouch! I didn't know it was that bad, hope it doesn't set you back too much. Hud it was good to see ya I guess it's time make a deposit into the good luck pot after Friday night. Wisky & Water also (No steering wheel at 100++) eek! We're glad everyone servived the weekend.
Sanger Boy it was nice to meet your family and have some fun on the water. I look forward to a fathers day re-match. Mike, Bad Medicine never looked better. You guy's did a beautiful job, Thanks for all your help. All in all a great weekend with good friends it doesn't get any better.
