The freaks are out in full force tonight! Comic-con is in town... I was driving down 6th Ave earlier today and I saw a guy dressed up as some sort of rocket man looking thing. And then I saw a girl pushing R2D2 down the street. My friends and I are headed to the gaslamp later to make fun of the crazies. :D

My neighbor got some free tickets and ended up selling them on craigs list for $100 bucks. What a bunch of tools.

My daughter is going, she has become very interested in Animay(sp?)...artistic cartoon renderings. Narito has become extremely popular with the early teens. Its not all just a bunch of tools but some kids are getting lessons and workshops there.
Yet, there are the extremests that have to go the whole 9 yards with costums  :D

I never realized it til this year either...plenty of educational stuff as well as all the gooney birds...:D:D
.
I've been tempted to go the last couple years just to try to get a range on what some of my old 1960's comic books are worth... Got boxes of .05 and .10c comic books that probably have some value.
Only tore a few pages out to order X-ray glasses back then...lmao:)

Ok, I admit it. I went to the freak fest today. It was actually pretty cool, but really REALLY crowded. It was the most diverse group of people I have ever seen in one place. From total freaks to hotties in body paint to very normal looking people. I am not really into Sci-Fi, but it was very fun to people watch.
