Attached are pics of our personal home.

1340 Sq.Ft. swamp cooled garage with 14 x 58 RV garage and loft.
Panoramic Lake View, Backs to open desert
Pebble tech pool and spa with self cleaning pop up system
Outdoor kitchen with fireplace, ice maker, fridge/freezer, bbq, sink
Poolside stack stone shower
Granite in both inside and outside kitchen.
Central Vac.
Surround sound with speakers in every room , garage, and patio with volume control to each.
Indoor kitchen had 2 compartment wine cooler, trash compactor, DW, range, microwave all stainless.

Lowered $100K New house is being built! now $775K or $750K if I sell it myself to a HB member (You make the commission)

Might even consider a lease back through the winter while we build our new home.

The sq.ft. price doesn't include or consider the RV garage, pool or view.
I just ran a quick search of the mls for the last 4 months and came up with this, Price range from 366.00 a foot to $441.67 per foot.

That's insane. I understand that it doesn't include the garage, and there is definitely value there to add to the sq ft price, but I wouldn't had guessed in a million years the prices of those homes per sq ft.

It's not all doom and gloom around here. I only wish some of those had been my sales.
Call me when you are ready, I'd love to find you a home here in Havasu. You don't have to spend $360.00 a foot, we have plenty of great deals here as well.

Michele, how's the new house coming along. We could not see much in the dark cause George losted his keys and John and George were Hammered.
