1. in a previous post, you said you have snow bird renters, what are they paying and how long do they stay.
2. what are the rental rules in the complex
3. HOA dues, extra assessments etc...
4. if you have a plot plan showing where in the complex the unit is (I have stayed at Xanadu in the past)
5. Can I see it the weekend of the 11th?
6. Inside and outside pics of garage
7. Do you have additional parking space?
I am sure I will have more questions.

Sorry no pics of the outside of the complex right now. The unit is 850 sq ft and the association dues are $172 a month.Kona an email will be on its way!
