I have a coworker that thinks he knows everything. He said that its NOW illegal for ladies to wear pasties. Is this true? I told him that I would find out real quick on ***boat...........

Pasties are still legal under the obscenity ordinance in LHC.
However, if they're shaking 'em like a stripper, or doing overt things to attract attention (other than just wearing pasties) the ordinance can kick in.

Thats what i figured. Could you post the ordinance for me Allen? I want to show him so he can feel like an idiot. I told him that if that went on then it would hit ***boat within minutes......

you also can not wear a bathing suit with pasties underneath and flash the pasties.
