How much are people paying for cleaning of their rental houses? What services are provided in the cost?

She does pretty much everything including dusting and vacuuming. No linens or laundry but will make the beds if clean sheets are left on the beds. No dusting on shelves with knick knacks (sp). No frig unless requested. Maybe a small fee for that. Uses our cleaners for the granite that we give her, (our request) otherwise she bring all her own supplies.
Nothing outside. Don't know if it is available. Never asked.
