That looks like the Deep Creek crossing that they screwed up by building a bridge. It's just below Green Valley Lake camp grounds. Fun trail just N/E of there.

Great pics. Looks like the Ranger was having some fun out there. Loved the log pics. Have you ridden with a 6 wheeler yet. They can be unbelievable as to what they will traverse. Beautiful country to roam around in!:D :D

Nice I remember off roading holcomb valley in high school with my bronco. My buddies 73 power wagon stuck transfer case going over a tree in the road just like that. We leg pressed the truck over because when I was pulling him with the bronco it was bending transfer case. We got over went about half mile down the road and dead end, had to come back. We ended up taking 12 guages with slugs (more for fun) and hatchet to the tree to clear the transfer case. My bronco made it solid.
The dodge also skipped some teeth on the timing chain and I had to set the dist just to get him home. Fun times.

Im actually taking my Uncle's Ranger out to AZ to get it registered in the next couple weeks. Im hoping with AZ reg and ins. They might let me slide with it up there (also have AZ ID). the ranger should be fun...LT pretty much everything custom and quite a few mods to the Engine. So far everytime I have tried to ride in the last couple years from the house, I have been busted  Looking into getting a couple KTM enduros for up there.

About 10y ago we were working up that trail and 3/4 way up was a H1 with the front diff. snapped off at the wheel. There was a line of jeeps & trucks backed all the way down to the stream. He was going to be there awhile. I think the jeep guys were snickering just alittle.
