I had a guy doing adjustments on a door that was just installed on a 2nd floor. Door opens up to nothing the floor to the deck had not been built yet.So he is standing on a 21 ft ladder, gets busy, I guess he has a lot on his mind,gets ready to step off the ladder and like he is on the ground and bam! He slams his face straight on the ground, didnt even have time to get his hands out.Knocked him out cold! we figured him falling minimum of 15 feet.No granted this was at Disneyland on that new Nemo ride.No front teeth , broken nose , bruised eyesockets, etc,etc....
