This will be my post in 6 years, I hope. We are selling the "ranch" in Cali next spring, market allowing. Plan on spending one year in CO where I work 3 weeks out of every month, get right side up, then "moving" to general Havasu area. I will still work selectivly with my wife traveling with me.
. Any advice on where to live in Arizona- south Nevada? Seriously?

Hey Karl, We did the exact same thing at the same time. Got to the point that we complained so much about "going home" that we realized that Havasu was our true home. Quit our jobs, up-rooted the kids and moved here August of 2002 and never regretted it for a minute. :D

Boulder City is bitchin, lake mead right there, great small town, plenty of good bars and restaurants, zero crime.
