Anyone know the history on these manifolds? How much better are the newer versions than older models? Im looking at an older set that are in good condition and am curious how much power can be put to them?

I know some off shore guys running 1000+ hp thru them. They should work good for your deal.

i would look at bigger or smaller more than older or newer. .o2

I'm currently running them 1000+ hp they work fine. I'm changing to CMS's though.....why? ...because I can!;) :) :D

Thanks for the replies. I talked to Imco today and they said the design has changed very little on th emanifold. Mostly the risers mounting has changed.
Instead of spending a bunch of money on used manifolds Im just going to buy some new Lightnings.
