Lake Elsinore bank robbed by gunman

The World Savings Bank in Lake Elsinore was robbed by a man with a gun who got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police said the man, described as a white male, walked into the bank at 31600 Grape Street, at about 1:21 p.m. on April 26, showed a handgun and demanded money. After the staff complied, he walked out and was last seen driving a maroon four-door vehicle, possibly a Buick or Oldsmobile.
The man is described as in his late 30Â’s, about 6-feet tall with a medium build, and wearing a black hat and sunglasses.

The FBI reported that a total of $9.76 was taken from the bank's vault. The robber also took a pink slip to a 1974 Ford Courrier pick up truck. FBI agents located the owner of the truck, and reported that he was a TWEAKER and non-reponsive.
