Can anyone give me hp estimates please?
Mark IV 454 HO .30 over
speed pro flat top pistons
stock rods, crank (turned 10/10)
The heads are 396 medium chamber cast iron that have been ported and polished with bigger valves (should be about 10.1 compression)
(don't have good details on the heads)
Cam: Scheider Hydraulic

I would say in the 425 HP range +/- 10% :D

i would say 400 would be pushing it:idea: 375 imo.the meduim chamber heads you called them would have to be very small chamber with flat tops to get 10.1 compression.closed chamber for sure 100cc or less imo.so if you have 113cc heads which are common style heads on bbc,just a production head you have maybe 9.1 just a guess but for every 10cc combustion chamber bigger or smaller you lose or gain 1 compression,hope this helps,later trav:D

My guesstimate would be about 400hp...probly making good low end torque though...:D
