I know its a berkeley 12jb-b jet but is that the wedges people talk about and is everthing else stock on it?

Yes, the item between the bowl and and the nozzle adapter is a wedge, and yes, the rest looks "stock" (except for the missing tiller arm).

I have the that F-R gate with steering and I think it will will work.
It came off my Dominator pump, but the bolt pattern looks the same.
